When you only have 10 seconds to get into this pose and you still want it to look good. I can tell you that it was really difficult 😂 but as you can see it is possible. However after managing to get into this pose it is really easy to hold your balance. Almost easier than the normal headstand. To master this pose it is important to stretch your hips and manage to do the Lotus position very easily. After getting into the headstand fold your legs and breathe deeply.
