I only did TWO bicep exercises and my arms are actually toast! 🍞😅 The cables are seriously deadly you guys... definitely try these! 👏🏼 Constant tension is a killer! 💀
As always, I really tried to focus on mind-muscle connection, asking myself, am I performing these movements with a PURPOSE? And if I wasn’t, I changed that 😤 Going through exercises and not feeling it in your muscle, not using your mind, wastes SO MUCH potential and I just ain’t here for that anymore!
I also started my workout with some hard as HELL bike sprints (12x 20 seconds pushing as hard as you can, 40 seconds at your ‘normal’ pace) and holy moly it felt GOOD 😁💦 Push yourself people, you won’t regret it!

SS. close grip lat pull down 4x12
