Is there a yoga pose you’ve always wanted to try but have been nervous about? 🧘🏽♀️ This is that pose me! I always thought it looked so cool, but I can barely do a handstand with two hands😂
This really was difficult though. I had to move all my weight to one arm. That’s a lot of weight on one little wrist. But I did it! I was scared and super tired when I was done but always happy for pushing myself. It was just a little thing, but it made my day.
So I challenge you to give that yoga pose a go. Maybe it won’t work out or maybe it will! No matter what, you will have tried and that’s more important that anything.

From middle school until high school I ran cross country and track and field. And for the last ten years, I’ve been practicing yoga. Fitness at first was a hobby to keep me out of trouble.
