Green Pastures whisked us away to delicious Christmastime with their gorgeous GP Bibingka! I was unashamed to ask for more servings of this golden yellow dessert, the rice cake both soft and chewy, almost that sticky consistency of cassava cake. Served freshly baked from a claypot, this bibingka is thick and generously studded with organic salted duck egg slices (swipe left for the cross section 🤤), and uses Bacolod Cacciocavalo cheese. Sprinkle the niyog and muscovado, and it’s happy holidays all over again. ❤️ More Filipino dishes are on the updated menu of @greenpasturesph! Try them but better leave space for this bibingka. TRUST.
My take on Gambas! 🍤🌶🍅 Sobrang easy! The following are the ingredients I used:
- Garlic (lots of it 😝)
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- Salt (pinch)
- Tomatoes (gusto ko lang 🤪)
How I did it???
1. Sauté garlic on butter, make sure the butter doesn’t get burned. Wait until garlic is golden brown. Then you can now add cayenne pepper, black pepper, and thyme.
2. Put the tomatoes, and mix well.
3. Last to throw into pan 😂 are the shrimps. I didn’t removed the heads (kasi sabi nila nandoon yung flavor 🧐). Mix well and wait until the sauce that it created thickens. Voilá, may gambas ka na! 😂✌🏻
Disclaimer: I am not a chef! Ordinaryong tao lang ako na nagugutom at gusto na magluto para sa sarili nya (pwede rin sayo 😂💕). Na minsan ay may kakaibang ganap sa niluluto nya. 😂😂😂✌🏻
*Snunch! (3pm snack + Lunch) 😂😂😂
Kahit medj close kami ni toilet today, kapag sinabi ko na magluluto ako ng shrimp, go go go! 😂😋
