I can't believe it's been an entire year since I started following the ketogenic lifestyle while drinking my yummy "Brain fuel"! It all started with the delicious Orange Dream 🍊😋 It feels like just yesterday I was thinking that I could never give up rice, bread and pasta. It started with a 5 day experience and here I am 365 days later, a changed woman.. 💥I've dieted before but finally finding this way of eating that works for me. Finding something that works in the long run is so important because weightloss is a marathon, not a sprint. There is NO true finish line.. Once you reach your goal weight you need to be able to maintain it or else what was the point of all the hard work you put in? The ketogenic lifestyle has changed my family's health status FOREVER because it allows us to eat delicious, satisfying foods that keep us full for long periods of time. I don't even remember the last time I had an urge to binge in. I've lost 41lbs and I have a few more to go and I'm going to continue eating #keto even when I reach my goal. I never feel deprived of anything eating this way, so why mess with a good thing?! Just want to say thank you to the wonderful community of people supporting me on this journey. You guys keep me inspired me to try new recipes, foods and your constant stream of support keeps my spirits high. I love you guys! ❤️ Here's to another year of success 🙌😁💪

Italian Ground Beef topped with grated Asiago Cheese.
- 2.5 lbs. ground beef (80/20 lean)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 large onion, chopped
- 3 TBSPs. Light olive oil
- 2 1/2 tsps. Sea salt
- 2 tsps. Italian herbs and seasoning
- 1 tsp. Ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 6 large button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large celery ribs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups roasted garlic pasta sauce (Muir Glen Organic)
- Grated Asiago cheese or Parmesan for topping
Heat a large skillet. Add olive oil. Sauté garlic and onion. Add ground beef. Stir a few minutes. Cover the skillet and let the beef cooked, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the cover. Pour excess liquid/fat. Add sea salt, Italian herbs, ground coriander, paprika and ground black pepper. Stir until combined. Stir in the mushrooms and celery. Add the Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve topped with grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese.
1. Serve on a bed of roasted eggplant topped with grated cheese.
2. Serve on a bed of roasted zucchini topped with grated cheese.

Ben 3 tane orta boy lahana kullandım. Rendelikten sonra tarttım 2,450 gr çıktı. Yaklaşık 37 gr tuz kullandım. Tuz oranı önemli faydalı bakteriler gelsin. Zararlı bakteriler uğramasın☺️ rendelediğim lahanayı ( mutfak robotu ile rendeledim) çelik (cam da olur) bir tencere aldım. Üzerine tuzu ekledim. Sulanana kadar iyice ovdum. Ağzına havlu kağıdı geçirip 8 saat kadar beklettim. ( burdaki amacım kendi suyunu bırakmasını sağlamak) sonra bastırarak kavanozlara aldım. Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz gibi sulndılar iyice. Yine kavanozların üstüne havlu kağıt geçirip oda sıcaklığında beklemeye aldım. Gaz çıkışı olana dek tutucam. Hop sonra buzdolabına. Siz dilerseniz sarımsak( üşendim bu sefer eklemedim) kimyon tohumu ekleyebilirsiniz.
