While I was artist training with @lorealpro we were asked what is our WHY? Why do I educate? I thought that answer would come easily but it took a while to figure out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Education has always been a big part of my life. Without it I would have not had the opportunities I’ve had. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to get education. Education gives the possibility for progress and change. I am a big believer in changing what makes you unhappy. Learning a new technique can change your business.
My goal is not to create perfect artists but to inspire the creativity within each artist so they can form the kind of business they want. What is your WHY?
Just because I have a lot of tools in my tool belt doesn’t mean I should use them all. Keeping it simple ,for me, is always the best way to go especially to keep the integrity of the hair. Before I try to get to a desired level, the integrity ALWAYS comes first. 💁🏻♀️Why you ask??? Because there’s no point on reaching that desired color if it’s on the floor, in the sink or on the brush😳. The More You Know!🌈
