Stand with your feet in parallel, keeping a good distance from the barre, relevé (heels off) and your arms should be long in front of you. . . Bring your knee to your chest and pulse from 8-16x. Your standing leg should be strong and pulled up from behind the knee. . . Lengthen your leg behind you then bring your knee back into your chest from 8-16x. Hello 😁 Hier en story je vous ai promis la recette de mes petites barres si elles étaient réussies ☺️ C’est le cas 💁🏻‍♀️ alors je vous partage le recette ici 😘 Partagez les votre avec le hashtag #naturallylety 🌟😘🙏🏼 — Ingrédients : • 10 dattes Medjoul • 2 bananes • 1 cas d’huile de coco • 1 tasse de flocons de votre choix (avoine, sarrasin, épeautre etc) • 3 cas de graines (chia, tournesol, courges) - Pour la version cannelle : 2 cac de cannelle + 6 noix de pécan - Pour la version chocolat : 1 cas bombée de cacao + 1 cas de sirop d’agave (ou sirop de coco) 🍃Recette : Retirer les noyaux des dattes , les mettre dans un robot culinaire. Ajouter l’huile de coco. Mixer grossièrement. Ajouter les bananes. Mixer. Ajouter les flocons, mixez grossièrement le tout mais pas longtemps pour que les flocons ne soient plus entier mais pas complètement broyés (ou ajoutez les entiers en dehors du robot à votre convenance). Hors du robot ajouter les graines. Séparer la pâte en 2 . Ajouter cannelle + noix de pecan écrasé à la main dans l’une des parties, puis le cacao et le sirop à l’autre . Mélanger à l’aide d’une cuillère. Mettre dans un plat adapté (type moule à cake). Enfourner dans un four chaud 30 minutes à 180 degrés (surveillez chaque four est différent). Laisser refroidir puis couper en barres. Conserver dans une boîte en verre hermétique 3 jours. — 🌟Je voudrai aussi vous dire que j’ai découvert un nouveau magazine génial => Spirit par @psychologies_ . Ça faisait quand même longtemps que je n’avais pas lu un magazine aussi intéressant !!
