Our Xtend Babies on Board class is perfect if you are in the situation above! It involves 45 minutes of @xtend_barre cardio & strength exercises (no experience required) followed by a well deserved & relaxing 15 minute stretch - all done with your little one in the carrier or on the mat next to you.
