It’s been a few days! I had a super super busy weekend. We went to the annual Red Sox Spring Training open house at JetBlue South on Saturday. I got up and did my workout, packed a lunch for Phil and I and we took our healthy food to go. Truthfully, that was HARD. No fenway Franks? Cotton candy? Ice cream???? Especially since all of that is only $1 that day. But I survived! Proof that I don’t HAVE to eat that. Not that I’m saying I never will, but I can survive and enjoy myself without it. That’s part of what this program and teaching me. Sunday was a little off. I didn’t plan well, went went to the outlet mall, came home and let the kids play in the blow up pool, and I ran out unprepared to go grocery shopping, but I went back to the mall to get the Oakleys I had my eyes on that I passed up earlier 😂 THEN I went to earthfare. Oops. I ended up missing my lunch and second meal, so that was a fail. Dinner was on point though- bunless burger, corn on the cob and brussel sprouts. Yum! Monday was good! I crushed my booty day. Ate great all day. Which brings me to today: cardio core. So not a fan. I feel so out of breath throughout the whole thing, but I am making progress in some areas. I’ve been using the beachbody programs here and there since after having my daughter, and recently became a beachbody coach!! This year my resolution was to focus on something to better myself & make my health a priority! I give 110% to the people and things I love.. my husband, my daughter, family, dogs, my career, etc, but I use to put myself on the back burner! I’m stronger than I have ever been, my skin looks better, & overall I feel better. All that aside, the change I’ve loved the most is mentally! I’m happier and have shown myself I can do this and not make excuses! I have stayed committed and gained a will power I never had before! I’m not sharing this for attention or to sell anything, but simple to say YOU CAN!
