I just felt like having some veggie-hearty pasta hot soup for dinner tonight! This soup is packed with vitamins, protein & fiber. Delicious! . Veggiefull Soup Ingredients: •2T olive oil for sautéing •½ sm red onion, julienned •½ lrg vidalia onion, julienned •¼ green bell pepper, julienned •1 med carrot, diced •1 sm russet potato, peeled, diced •1 med sweet potato, peeled, diced •1 green zucchini, diced •1 sm yellow squash, diced •½ cut sm cauliflower, florets & stems •1 bunch torn baby spinach •1 can rinsed garbanzo/chickpeas •2-32oz containers veggiebroth •1-28oz can peeled plum tomatoes(@tuttorossotomatoes), squashed by hand, no juice •½- 16oz box mini farfalle pasta •½t ground cumin •½t ground coriander •½t garlic powder •1/8t red pepper flakes (omit for kiddos) •¼t dry basil flakes •saltpepper to taste •1 bunch fresh Italian parsley, minced Method: *In a med-large heavy, deep pot (I prefer enameled cast iron ditch oven), heat oil at med-hi temp. Sauté both onion types & pepper until translucent & fragrant. Saltpepper. Add carrot & both types of potatoes, sauté until halfway soft... *Add veggiebroth, more saltpepper, dry spices & tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Add garbanzos, cauliflower & 2 types of squash. Soft boil until squash & cauliflower soften. Add pasta, soft boil for 7-8mins. Check salt, add if needed... *Add torn spinach, cook until partially wilted. Wenn es schnell gehen muss, gibt es Oatmeals, die sind auch super vorzubereiten. Umso mehr liebe ich es, am Wochenende etwas neues auszuprobieren und mir Zeit für das Frühstück zu nehmen. Was braucht ihr für den perfekten Start in den Tag? // Have a good start into the new week! Last weekend I made these fresh, oven-baked Scones. Today there is less time in the morning. Raw Mocha Slice Base 1/3 cup almonds 1/2 cup hazelnut meal 1 tsp mesquite powder, optional 1/2 tsp vanilla pinch of salt 2 tbsp rice malt syrup Filling: 1 1/4 cup cashews, soaked overnight 2 tsp ground coffee beans, I ground my own Coffee Beans 1/4 cup rice malt syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tbsp cacao powder pinch of salt 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1.5 tbsp maple syrup Coffee beans, for topping Line a container or small pan with baking paper. Process all of the ingredients except rice malt syrup. Once evenly combined, add the rice malt syrup and process until it comes together. Press evenly into the container or small pan. Set aside. To make the filling, drain and rinse the cashews. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour onto your base. Spread out evenly and tap on the bench to remove any air bubbles. Combine the cacao powder and coconut oil until combined. Mix in the maple syrup. Pour on top of your slice and sprinkle over the whole coffee beans.
