it’s been a week of self-love and as a way to show my appreciation for your support here at the body love collective i will be giving away a box of goodies, so perfectly named “the body love box.” the body love book came from the idea of the body love box, as @amandakgould wanted to curate a box filled with items that have helped her on her self-love journey. since there wasn’t a journal focused on self-love to put in the box, she decided to create it herself!

Happy Saturday!!! Week 1 of the test group done!!!! I am so friggin’ proud of myself! This has been COMPLETELY different than anything I’ve done before. And it wasn’t the best week to start bc I’ve had a lot going on but I still made it happen!! I was worried because I was eating more than I felt comfortable with and I thought I wouldn’t lose weight. Honestly, I still feel very bloated. But I trusted the process and stuck to it. My body just needs to adjust to the new eating plan and it’s recovering from the higher intensity workouts. Bloated and all I still had a significant loss this week! So I’m very excited! Most importantly I love how consistent I’ve been and how much stronger I feel both mentally and physically!! Point of this post? Make a solid plan. Focus on being consistent everyday. Stay positive and trust the process! Greatness takes time!! Enjoy your weekend babes I know I will 🙌🏻😘❤️
