The decision to try and continuing to be consistent, even when the motivation you committed with is gone is how you accomplish goals.
I lose motivation all the time. I’m tired, I have work to do, kids to cuddle with, etc.
If I relied on motivation and only trained, or woke up early, or stayed up late when I was motivated, well then let’s just say maybe I’d train once per week.
So, don’t just make a commitment to your goal, commit to being consistent. Game changer. #flexfriday#consistencyiskey
