Banana, chocolate chip, flaxseed muffins came out pretty tasty. I’ll be posting the recipe later today on the blog. I made them as a breakfast option for my kids. One of them told me they don’t like bananas in their muffins. 🙄#momlife
The cauliflower-crust/almost-paleo pizza (there’s some Parmesan in there) exemplified that some kitchen experiments work better than others...but most are still edible. 😂😂😂 This is a cauliflower crust with a mushroom, onion, and spinach tomato sauce topped with baked eggs and Parmesan. Ingredients were strong but baking process needs work - maybe fried eggs next time. 🤷🏻♀️ and some fresh basil! 🌿
