This is what often happens 🥑🥒🍔 • People will restrict themselves too much on a Monday to Thursday. They’ll only live on Special K, a salad and some Ryvita biscuits • Then when it gets to Friday.....they start to be a bit more wild and casual about their food choices. • Saturday comes along and it’s alcohol time / takeaway time, so you go wild 🍷🍷🍷 • Then you wake up Sunday feeling sorry for yourself so you then make poor food choices and head for the comfort foods like chocolate and crisps etc. • Look in all honesty, you’d be much better off having a small amount of enjoyment everyday with your diet rather than living on salad for 4 days a week and demonising every other food until the weekend. • There’s no need to avoid everything you love, once you have an understanding of calories.....you have the ability to have some chocolate everyday if you wish, or a bag of crisps, or whatever you feel like. • Your diet shouldn’t be set up so you have to avoid everything you love.......instead it should be set up so that you CAN get the results you want, whilst still being able to enjoy food and enjoy life. • #diets #week #tuesday #personaltrainer #berkshire #plan #calories #cheatday #heretohelp #thexvclub #thexvmethod #dietplan #macros #alcohol #weightloss

“what’s the best type of exercise for fat lose” 🤔🤔This is a question I am asked on a daily basis, it’s a question that shows me that the person asking needs a little help with their fitness journey and understanding of fat loss. . . . Thermodynamics - this is basically looking at the energy In: calories- 🥚🥖🥑 vs energy Out: movement - 🏋🏃‍♀️💃🏽equation. . . . Basically, this is the fundamentals of fat lose. If we can’t comprehend that, this is the key to fat loss then it’s going to make life somewhat more difficult that it needs to be . . . Firstly we need to look at the energy we consume (eating & drinking) and then look at our energy expenditure (Movement)! . . . If we consume more energy than we expend, then we will put on body fat as we have a surplus of calories that we have no need for as we are not moving enough. . . . A little like a savings account, you keep putting a little extra money in on a daily / weekly basis and eventually your bank account starts to grow especially if you are not spending as much as you are putting aside 🤑 . . . So back to the question at the start; “what’s the best type of exercise for fat lose” 🤔🤔 . . . There is no “best exercise” for losing fat and certainty there is no special juice or powder that will do this for you. More about shakes and meal replacement products in an-other post, this week!! . . . It’s about education I’m afraid 😧 no short cuts or training programme it’s going to do the job for you! Understanding how your body functions, what you are eating and how much of it you are eating. learn to move your body a little more in order to expend some energy (learning to spend some of that money you have accumulated in you’re bank account). . . . Exercise is extremely important but it doesn’t matter what it is as long as you enjoy it and it’s something you can stick to. If you don’t like running don’t run find something you like and do that as long as you are moving you’re ass 🍑 🍑
