Why is my post run bun better than my normal bun? #postrunbun (is that a thing) 🙈 BEST RUN YET. So stoked 🙃 I ran 2 miles in my usual 44-45 minutes, but felt way better! I added way more carbs for pre-run than I've been eating (trying to eat lower carb mostly, just because it helps me to choose better foods as a carb queen) prior to my @ghostlifestyle preworkout and slowed way down. Intermittently ran on 4 instead of killing my lungs on 5-6. I think I finally opened the right box of tools to help me advance and ENJOY my runs. Also helps that it's 50* and I ran with my window open 😁
