Put in some back and abs work today at the gym. I was going to workout at home but somebody wanted to go to the gym 🙄...but I love that kid man. He’s my for real twin, lol!!! Anyway, I took the standard gym selfie to show that I came to work. I also got some footage of a few of the exercises!!! I’ll see if I can post them. 13-13.
R-E-L-A-X🛁 No that’s not rose, that’s nuun, although it’s Friday night and it should be! 😂 One of my keys to marathon training is a 40 minute bath with 1 cup of epsom salt at least once a week and tonight’s the night!🧜♀️ The salts can be dehydrating so it’s good to have water with you or electrolytes. 💧 40 minutes is long so don’t forget a book, magazines, a journal or a movie! 📚 I’ve found that’s the perfect amount of time to let the salt soak into your body to get those legs feeling lighter and recovered especially the night b4 a LR. 🏃🏼♀️ Lastly, #protip if you have close back-to-back long races! I know ultra runners that swear by these and take 1-2 every day for a week after a race and race another ultra the next weekend!
