One year. One year ago today I made the leap (blind, of faith - whatever you want to call it!) and decided to become a Beachbody coach. One year ago, I chose me. Day 3 of 80 DONE YASSS!!! Check stories🙈🙈🙈 . Here I am, sat outside the office, EARLY. Workout done, food prepped, kids fed and dropped off at school and ready to stay on track the rest of the day. I am in the Zone. Does is it always run this smoothly, HELL NO . People always assume that everything runs smoothly, it doesn’t. Just like the workouts, I find them hard, especially if it’s a new program like the current one. I found myself catching 3 second breaks, using the modifier moves, arms and legs shaking like a ballerina’s toe but I know it’s only till I get stronger. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. . I started so unfit and working out felt awkward to begin with and because I continuously take small steps towards the right direction, challenging steps to change myself inside and out, it made me stronger. . I’d rather be uncomfortable for 30-60 min while getting my sweat on than uncomfortable 24hour because of an unhealthy lifestyle leading to sickness or simply because I don’t like how I look and feel in my cloths. . You have to CHOOSE YOUR UNCOMFORTABLE, what’s I gonna be?
