One year. One year ago today I made the leap (blind, of faith - whatever you want to call it!) and decided to become a Beachbody coach. One year ago, I chose me. This year has been the best year for my personal development - physically, mentally, socially, emotionally. I took control of me. I am in better shape, physically. I am in better physical health. I have my anxiety under control. I am not afraid to ask for what I need anymore. I am better at setting boundaries between work and home and even at home between mom duties and self-care. I am now part of the MOST AMAZING, supportive, smart, dedicated group of coaches that are like family. This past year has been amazing ... and I only expect even better things from this year to come.
A year from now don't you want to look back and be able to say the same things? Don't you want to find yourself in a better place than you are right now? What are you waiting for? Interested in Beachbody programs? Interested in learning about coaching? Not interested in either but just want to chat - about whatever? REACH OUT!!! I am here to help.
Who would have ever thought that this new program which involves these "little sliders" 🤔 could have me begging for mercy 😂 #cardioday after only 20 minutes of my workout 😜? Not me but, everytime I start a new program and I do exactly what my trainer tells me to do #nobrainer 👊 I am always amazed at how I start feeling parts of my body that I haven't felt in months😮 and it's got feeling some type of way #ithinkiminlove 😍
Trening w domu z dzieckiem 🤔?
TO JEST MOŻLIWE 😁😁😁 Kilka wskazówek dla Was : 👶🏼 dziecko nie może być bezpośrednio po posiłku jak i przed jedzonkiem bo będzie marudne i gdzieś będzie miało gimnastykowanie się;
👶🏼 sala treningowa powinna być zabezpieczona przed kablami, ostrymi i gorącymi sprzętami;
👶🏼 sprzęt do ćwiczeń : mata gimnastyczna/ puzzle podłogowe dziecka lub dywan;
👶🏼 dostosuj intensywność ćwiczeń i czas trwania treningu do malucha i przede wszystkim bawcie się przy tym jak najlepiej 😃
Day 3 of 80 DONE YASSS!!! Check stories🙈🙈🙈
Here I am, sat outside the office, EARLY. Workout done, food prepped, kids fed and dropped off at school and ready to stay on track the rest of the day. I am in the Zone. Does is it always run this smoothly, HELL NO
People always assume that everything runs smoothly, it doesn’t. Just like the workouts, I find them hard, especially if it’s a new program like the current one. I found myself catching 3 second breaks, using the modifier moves, arms and legs shaking like a ballerina’s toe but I know it’s only till I get stronger. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you.
I started so unfit and working out felt awkward to begin with and because I continuously take small steps towards the right direction, challenging steps to change myself inside and out, it made me stronger.
I’d rather be uncomfortable for 30-60 min while getting my sweat on than uncomfortable 24hour because of an unhealthy lifestyle leading to sickness or simply because I don’t like how I look and feel in my cloths.
You have to CHOOSE YOUR UNCOMFORTABLE, what’s I gonna be?
