I shared my mayo recipe before, but I’ll share again since so many of you are asking me. It’s so easy! Just make sure you use a pasture raised egg!
1 cup extra light olive oil
1 room temp egg
Tsp apple cider vinegar
Tsp Dijon mustard
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
