Another tough day.
I am grateful that I have amazing friends that helped me get through today, no judgement, just love
I am grateful for this huge community of spoonies who understand the story, who I feel I can go to with questions when I need help
I am grateful for Dobby, couldn’t have made it through the pain of last night without him
Today’s positive-I finished the picture!
In 2 weeks you’ll feel it, 4 weeks you’ll see it and 8 weeks you’ll hear it! 💪🏼💕✨ Through every milestone we build a little bit more confidence, have a little less mind fog & love our selves a whole lot more!
I’m so incredibly excited to host my February Virtual Bootcamp because it will be exactly one year since I began my health and fitness journey! 😃
One of the best parts of my journey is being able to share it with all of you and being able to present an opportunity to you that has changed my life! ❤️
We begin February 12th with 30 minutes workouts that you can stream from anywhere, an easy to follow meal plan that helps with portion control, an incredibly yummy meal replacement shake & a whole lot of love & community to help you stay accountable & supported! 😍 Fill out the link in my BIO or email me at email@example.com! Can’t wait to chat with you! 😘
Do you ever just get smacked in the face with contentment?! Like dang... I literally need nothing more. I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, my knees work, I have blankets, friends & family who share their awesome brains 🧠, I get to go to work! I get to enjoy coming home from work! I have hands...🙌🏻 Those are cool. I have flaxseed?! You can always find music... and love. Scott 1000 toilet paper 🚽 ... A soul. I feel rich! There’s so many gifts everywhere!!!! 😍
#365DaysOfGratitude Day 21. -
Run? Check! Yoga? Check! Funky @procompression socks? Check! ✔️✔️✔️ I’m thankful that I am healthy and willing and able to do the activities that I want to do. I know my limitations but I also try to push a little harder because I’m in awe of what my body can do! But today’s post is mostly for the “lazy” Sundays. Nothing that needs to be done, nowhere I need to go. Just taking time to take care of me, workout, meditate, read, stretch, meal-prep... all of those things may seem like “have-tos” but for me they are “get-tos”. I’m thankful that my get tos are happening on a funday Sunday!
Wishing you a “get-to” Sunday as well! 🐵⭐️😃
