😂😂 look at all this new hair growth! My hair is going to be seriously thick in a few more months time! I didn’t think I needed any more hair than I already have but, after being on my wholefood capsules and shakes for nearly 12 months now, I have so much new hair growth. My hairdresser said I was very lucky because she sees a lot of new mums who don’t get all the hair growth back after having Bub. I’m certain that’s from the post natal depletion we’ve been hearing about. So glad to have my energy and hair back after having babies 💇‍♀️😍👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

If your diet is restrictive and you're suffering from deprivation then it isn't sustainable and you won't stick to it. Fortunately junk food cravings are no problem on with the JBT program - we've got your fast food favourites covered👌 The best part is these REAL food wedges are even better! Method: Wash potatoes well, peeling is optional. Par boil until just tender (not mushy!). Meanwhile preheat an oven tray in the oven at 200C. Drain potatoes well, then toss in a generous glug of olive oil and an abundance of good quality SMOKED paprika powder (OMG SO good!) and season well with Murray river pink salt flakes (you'll feel like a real chef 🙊) Throw onto the preheated oven tray in an even layer and bake until crispy, tossing occasionally. Serve with crushed garlic mixed through some plain yogurt- viola CLEAN aioli! 👌 Suggestions- switch it up with your fav spice mixes. Chipotle powder or Moroccan spice mix works well.
