I don’t know about you, but I LOVE a good “do it anywhere” booty band circuit. I would love to know if you’ve ever used any of these exercises in your program!? Either way, use this combo to fire up your glutes OR to even burn them out! Also my sincerest apologies for the awkward shot on one of the exercises 🤦🏻♀️ - it’s so hard to get these things right when you’re recording yourself.
