This is from yesterday, DAÝ 1 of trying a fully raw diet. I'm eating only fruit & drinking green juices 🍇🍌🍃 I'm doing this to give my body a much needed rest 🙏🏾 The eating went really well, I didn't crave cooked foods at all but I had a bit too much green juice.
I've mentioned how sensitive my body is previously. To put things into perspective, I have difficulty tolerating even adaptogenic herbs and feel sedated the next day if I take a magnesium supplement at night 😮 So yes HIGHLY sensitive!
I don't want to deter anyone from juicing..its amazing! 👍🏽 I just need to keep to 1 mild juice per day until I'm well enough to handle more 🌱
My favorite meal any day.
46g of protein🌱
1 cup uncooked oats - 16g
2 tbsp almond butter - 7g
2 bananas - 2g
2 scoops of vegan chocolate protein powder - 21g(optional)
1/2 cup blueberries and a cup or so of rice milk or other vegan milk!
About 1000 cal.
Cost: under $3.
Mash bananas and mix all together. Let it soak, or warm it up. Loved this post workout meal💪 but actually also love it as my pre-workout, breakfast, or dinner😁 another go-to easy, delicious, nutritious meal.

Meal prep for the week:
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 veggie sausage with sugar free syrup
Lunch: air fried tofu and roasted carrots
Snack (not pictured): protein shake between meals
Dinner: Collin and I will be rotating cooking some healthy meals this week ☺️
