I knew something had to change when taking my dogs out for a walk winded me. 👎🏻 We used to be able to go out running all the time and my health was so poor that a simple walk around the neighborhood was strenuous.😣 So, I wanted to get healthy for them. I wanted to make time to love on my fur-kids and build a stronger relationship. 🐾❤️ I wanted to be healthy in my mind, body, soul, and wallet. I wanted to be the best dog-mom EVA! 🐶🐶 So I started on my health and fitness journey for them. When I didn’t want to workout, I would for them. (They think we’re playing when I workout. This is from yesterday, DAÝ 1 of trying a fully raw diet. I'm eating only fruit & drinking green juices 🍇🍌🍃 I'm doing this to give my body a much needed rest 🙏🏾 The eating went really well, I didn't crave cooked foods at all but I had a bit too much green juice. ~ I've mentioned how sensitive my body is previously. To put things into perspective, I have difficulty tolerating even adaptogenic herbs and feel sedated the next day if I take a magnesium supplement at night 😮 So yes HIGHLY sensitive! ~ I don't want to deter anyone from juicing..its amazing! 👍🏽 I just need to keep to 1 mild juice per day until I'm well enough to handle more 🌱

My favorite meal any day. 46g of protein🌱 1 cup uncooked oats - 16g 2 tbsp almond butter - 7g 2 bananas - 2g 2 scoops of vegan chocolate protein powder - 21g(optional) 1/2 cup blueberries and a cup or so of rice milk or other vegan milk! About 1000 cal. Cost: under $3. Mash bananas and mix all together. Let it soak, or warm it up. Loved this post workout meal💪 but actually also love it as my pre-workout, breakfast, or dinner😁 another go-to easy, delicious, nutritious meal. I used Chocolate Vegan Protein powder and plenty of nuts which give them a lovely crunch. Recipe below! ⬇️ Recipe: 75g hazelnuts 90g cashew nuts 1 scoop Chocolate Protein 6 Medjoul dates 3 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tsp ginger (optional) Melt the coconut oil and whizz everything together in a food processor. Form into balls with your hands.
