FINALLY got to try the @n2australia gelato after seeing it all over Instagram while searching for some sweet treats and it did not disappoint 🍨 i opted for the flavour “burnt by my salty ex” - otherwise known salted caramel custard gelato with crystallised sugar on top (creme brûlée style) plus I got a chocolate ganache syringe because I’m extra asf 🍫 the liquid nitrogen churned through the flavoured milk gives the gelato such a smooth consistency that just melts in your mouth 🤤 was a huge fan of nitrogen gelato after trying it in Singapore end of last year, but it was basic and I’m all about being extra 🤗 always on the hunt for yummy ice cream/gelato/sorbet spots so if you know any in Sydne, Brisbane or the Gold Coast lemme know!!!!
