Hi I am Pushpa, person behind this page.
I am really happy to be part of this food blog journey. I am a vegetarian and I like all kinds of Indian cuisine. Through social media I could share the recipes which I had learnt. I am learning new dishes because I always prefer homemade food. Thanks to my family and you all for supporting me.
Paneer paratha in Makki ka atta . Dinner is served . The B-complex vitamins in maize flour are good for skin, hair, heart and the brain. It contains vitamin A, C, K along with beta-carotene and selenium which help the thyroid gland and the immune system. Gluten fee flour. High fibre content. I've added one tsp oil while kneading the flour and one tsp desi ghee on the paratha . Generous paneer filling gives it the protein component . Tastes like kulcha By God 😋😋 #dinnerideas#goodfood#glutenfree#makkikiroti#paneerparatha#indianrecipes#healthyfood
