Paneer paratha in Makki ka atta . Dinner is served . The B-complex vitamins in maize flour are good for skin, hair, heart and the brain. It contains vitamin A, C, K along with beta-carotene and selenium which help the thyroid gland and the immune system. Gluten fee flour. High fibre content. Dahi Ka Saag Recipe: Serves- 2-3 Ingredients- 1 bundle spinach (palak) 3 potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped ¾ cup curd 1/3 tbsp ghee ½ tsp cumin seeds Curry leaves Pinch of hing (asafoetida) ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds (methi) ½ inch ginger, finely chopped 2 green chillies ¼ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste Method- In a bowl mix whisk yogurt, water, turmeric powder and keep aside Heat ghee. Splutter cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Fry hing, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Add spinach and saute it for 1 minute. Add yogurt mixture, red chilli powder and salt. Bring it to boil. Add boiled potatoes. Simmer it for 10 minutes. Add garam masala and cook it for a minute. Serve hot dahi ka saag with roti.

PANEER MAKHNI Ingredients: 300gms - paneer (cubed) (or as per quantity made) 4-5 onions 4-5 tomatoes Handful dried red chillies Handful of cashews Whole garam masala (2 cloved , cardamom, cinnamon stick) Spices :- (1tbsp red chilli, 1/2 tsp haldi(turmeric), 1tsp zeera,dhaniya (cumin, corriander)pdr, 1tsp peppr pdr, crushed kasuri methi ,salt to taste). Cream Method: •In a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp oil and add in roughly diced onions, tomatoes, dried red chillies, cashews let it steam for around 10-15 min on med flame, cool and blender into a paste. •In a non stick fry cubed paneer on both sides until slightly golden. Set aside •In the same pan add some butter/ghee , whole garam masala and blendered puree and let it simmer until flavour is accentuated and gravy thickens.
