Keto has become so much more than just a way of eating for me. My food pics are becoming less and less...and my lifestyle choices are sprinkled in a little more.
Being at the gym first thing on a Saturday morning may be my new “norm”...and I like it! I’ve had an incredible boost in energy. A little more confidence. Not to mention, I feel freaking fantastic!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Smoked turkey sliced and pan seared, avo (w/ jalapeños and salsa), and black pepper, truffle cheese chips for a beautiful dinner. This weekend I’m going to explore some cajun options for meal prep. Maybe a little casserole of some sort. I am ready to shake my taste buds up. For now, this will do! I love meal prep during the week, but hate it on the weekends when I have to do it... such is life! 😜
A lot of you have been asking what I put in my coffee! Here it is! Mct oil, collagen, sugar free sweetener, and cashew milk! I switch it up between cream and almond/cashew milk depending on what’s in the fridge! And of course my usual bacon and eggs. Perfect start to my Saturday! 🥓🍳☕️
