Pancakes and berries, even better when protein packed and low carb 🥞🍓🍯
2 ingredient pancakes:
115g (4oz) of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Blend ingredients together with hand mixer (the mixture may not fully combine, that’s ok)
Ladle into greased frypan over low-medium heat
The pancakes will be white thin but taste great. I serve with a handful of berries and some sugar free maple syrup.
This was how we spent the final day in California. This is also how Monday’s look now.
It’s interesting how people say... oh you’re lucky, lucky you or must be nice.
The funny part of that is... I’ve noticed the harder I work the luckier I get. It’s not luck, it’s grit/hustle/grinding etc... It’s hard to have a case of the “Monday’s” when you get to surround yourself with other earth shakers/world changers/go-getters like @bryonjaymes and @jnelyson
