Truly made my day ❣️I don’t really open up on my personal struggles on social media so this is A super vulnerable position for me and you all make it just so easy! So thank you 🙏🏾 I read every comment and every DM and it brings me such joy 😘🏋🏾♀️ now let’s talk work outs! So i feel like I’ve been slacking in this area I go about 2 times a week and I want to be going 4! I’m just so tired after work and honestly staying home and binge watching Riverdale sounds better then running and lifting. HOWEVER I do love to lift (this is my warmup so don’t judge the weight) lifting is such a dynamic workout and could do wonders for your body!! A small background on me, I’ve actually been small my whole life. I was a D1 cheerleader in college (Go wildcats) and gained soooooooo much muscle. My trainer was training me as if i was a man and my small body was not meant to workout like that. So the second i stopped cheering and doing crazy hard workouts all that muscle turned into fat. . . All of it. Then I rapidly started gaining weight about 2 years ago. BACK TO THE POINT So here are some #workouttips 1) if you are stuck at a certain weight and it just won’t budge try lifting!! But do it with someone trained if you never have before (you could seriously injure yourself if you lift wrong) 2) if you are lifting too heavy and eating lots of protein and you go up in weight or just remain the same REMEMBER you are most likely gaining muscle! Muscle weighs more then fat! Don’t let the scale fool you. 3) when I am just tooo lazy go make it to the gym (which has been me lately) I try to at least get a wet sauna in! You can burn some MAJOR calories sitting in a wet or dry sauna for 15 min.
