Long time no post!😱 I have been MIA for a little bit, but I’m back!
While doing the keto diet I have learned that eating a good diet is important, but so is exercise! I have lost weight and felt better physically with the diet alone, and that’s awesome, but exercise helps me immensely mentally and emotionally💪🏼
Exercise has helped me reduce my stress, depression, and anxiety. I also feel much better about myself afterwards. All endorphins released during exercise works wonders!✨
Don’t feel like you have to get an expensive gym membership and exercise for hours to workout, I personally have a simple 30min workout regimen I do at home. Even just getting outside and going for a walk is a great form of exercise. Start small and work your way up! Just make sure you get up and get moving during the week🏃🏼♀️
