My new go-to eggs- crack 3 eggs in a microwave safe bowl. Add a tsp butter. Microwave for 1 minute- stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds. Take out stir and add another tsp butter, salt and pepper. Had my carb feast last night so trying to get back on boats this morning. Still traveling so it seems a bit more challenging to get my correct macros but grabbed this for breakfast. I have my green kale smoothie in my bottle(I was able to pack that). Protein is my hardest to get in so trying to focus on that. I feel pretty good and motivated today to stay on track. Since this page is about me being accountable and truthful, my 1 cookie led to a complete blow out of a couple more cookies and peanut butter mm’s-a lot of them and a giant bite of my husband’s deli sandwhich. I am done. I officially can say I don’t want to eat any more candy right now. I honestly can not think of a time before keto that I have felt like I had enough of candy.
