“Sansrival” Fat Bomb. I experimented on this one because I love the combination of butter and cashew on my favorite sansrival slice. One bomb is 151 calories with 15.7g fat, 1.4g carbs, and 0.8g protein. Ingredients: 3/4 pack unsalted butter, 1/2 cup all purpose cream, ground cashew, stevia. I just mixed the butter, cream and stevia together until smooth. Chill for about 30 mins then using a spoon, scoop some then put in paper liner. Sprinkle with some ground cashew. This will yield 12 pieces.
