LAGBUS-DANFO |Just For Laughs|
It's no news that Lagos is full of mad people. What you don't know is that there are levels of madness and you can only get a sample in a LagBus. It goes with the saying "where one person madness stop na where another person madness start".
No day goes by without drama -no matter the destination- in a LagBus.
I try, God knows I try not to join in conversations and just mind my business till I alight. Today, I was pushed.
There was a lady well dressed and looking zen. Then went from cool, calm and collected to loco; jumping seats all the way from the back seat to meet the conductor where he sat. All for 50 Naira, just crazy! To think I was helping her with a game |4 pics 1 word| she was playing (as the smartass that I am😂)
For the life of me, I will never understand why people bother with some conductors : they are clearly high and just want to create trouble.
Like that wasn't enough, passengers started throwing words at each other; some of which hadn't eaten. Old women exchanging words with young adults and men creating a nuisance.
The driver too started screaming. Looking back repeatedly and for too long with the bus swerving left and right.
Then there was me; I removed my earpiece and played Insane in the membrane by Cypress Hill on the highest volume...since everybody wants to be mad.
For a moment there was silence and before I knew it, this fine beard gang dude started shouting "my change ooooooo". I am tired of Lagos!
Tomorrow I WILL portray LeLee of @officialswv for a #TV#Pilot. I am feeling very grateful to play a legendary woman with a very moving story. Thank you Jesus for amazing opportunity. Thank you LeLee .... trusting and believing in me. Your an amazing person inside and out. 💐 on set I go 🎬
