BOULDA SHOULDAS! Got a bomb workout in with my good friend Chris last week! It was so great to have a workout buddy since I've been training solo since Jose started the fire academy in January! We also are planning a local event in MN-which I will put details at the end for y'all! We incorporated some incline bench into this workout which I never really thought about adding into the shoulder day but dang did it hit my front delts good! Finished it off with one of my favorite partner burn outs! If you have a partner I definitely recommend trying it out! Work out details 👇
1️⃣Seated Smith Machine Overhead Shoulder Press 5x10-12
2️⃣Incline Bench Press 5x10-12
3️⃣Plate Raises 4x10-12
4️⃣Face Pulls 4x10-12
5️⃣Partner BURNOUT: These are lateral raises with resistance on the way up and down. Partner pushes down as you raise your arms up and then partner pushes down as you resist up! These are killer and you pretty much can't even raise your arms alone by the end! 3xAMRAP
