physical transformations are no doubt eye catching & impressive- but often the biggest battles are in changing our mindset.
it's relatively easy to cut carbs & sugar. but cutting out negative thoughts. taking a fast from the fears that move you in the wrong direction...this is hard. this is the real work.
you can buy the membership & the fridge full of healthy food-but if you feed your mind a toxic diet it's a slippery slope back to square one.
the truth is the work goes hand in hand- physical & mental- it will forever be intertwined- address BOTH and watch the changes come!.
PS taking some of my own advice & cleaning up my diet (eating more regularly/healthy- regaining some of that long gone muscle) AND resetting my mind (going back to gratitude journaling- a grateful heart is a magnet for goodness! 💕).
PSS- if the new year didn't start off in a blaze of grandiose glory & change- you can restart- TODAY- yup on a Tuesday- at the end of the month- without a big announcement or clear cut agenda- give yourself permission to...start now. wherever you are. .
