Headed to the zoo today! We're going to the Cheesecake Factory afterward for dinner so I'm planning on eating on plan all day until then... Because I can't deny cheesecake 🍰 and I believe in balance. I had a healthy breakfast, I have a healthy lunch packed for later, and I brought my nutritious shake to sip on during the hour long drive. Preparation is key!
#RealTalk I had zero motivation to workout this morning. Late night, no kids, the spa calling my name and the Hubbz was off to do work and shit aka press, so I couldn’t even borrow him for my makeshift motivation and trainer (the couple who sweats together stays together 😜). I did it anyway, and used @omarihardwickofficial extraordinary work ethic that I get to witness on a daily, as my inspiration. 🙌🏽❤️
Commitment is funny- there is only one level of it- TOTAL. Anything less isn’t #commitment “50 said it best we forgettin many men wish death when your winning...” Workout done! Spa time.
