For years I suffered from Irritable bowel syndrome, bloated stomach, I trained 6 days a week, two times a day, ate to ridicules meal plans and it was like walking in quick sand.... ever felt like that ??
I sinking, it affected me mentally and my confidence in what I did on daily basis was questioned....
Fast forward ⏭⏭⏭ 12 months I know what foods set me off, I have a healthy gut, when you have a healthy gut EVERYTHING starts to work, your mental state, your physical state, your energy, your mood, the symptoms of bloating, uncomfortableness, my skin started to glow and I actually dropped weight instead sinking in that quick sand.
I might even have some abs before my next holiday 🤪🤪🤪 ▪️Gut health is everything.

I am grateful to say our 30 Day Heathy Living Program is what got everything in motion, i took away acidic foods, I ate foods that served me. I was coachable and I followed a program and I didn’t expect to happen overnight. I am still work in progress.
