1 week post 1st show/2 weeks out 2nd show this past season ➡️ tonight (Nov-Jan). Safe to say some booty finally retuned 🙌🏼 maybe some shoulders too 🤔 les keep growinnnn
To stay accountable, every #transformationtuesday I will be sharing a “Progress Report” on my week-to-week results from the #80DayObsession coach test group I am a part of.
Being the first week, I was a bit nervous with the timed nutrition since I’m super busy at work…but I packed my meals everyday, which helped me stay on track! My goal for this week is to get more creative with my meals now that I’m familiar with my custom meal plan.
I felt the B U R N in every single workout & I’m loving how I’m being challenged with new moves everyday. Toned arms, abs & round booty here I come! 💃
I’m down 2 lbs & 4 inches… in just a week... say what?!? This has just proved to me that when you trust the process & are committed to your goals, you will see results!
