I've lost thirty pounds this year but i want to lose ten more pounds. I do really well during the week and restrict my calories, but i struggle with binges on the weekend. Luckily i have no issues with exercising, i do at least an hour and a half every day. I'm really going to try and stop the binges and start rewarding myself for not doing so with non food items, like makeup, clothes, etc. I'm giving myself until the end of February because i have #pcos and that can make it difficult to lose weight. Day ONE in the books!! For the first time EVER, these workouts aren’t about results for me. I completely trust the process and know that results will come naturally. Honestly, what it’s more about is my HEALTH. Ever since I started *loosely* following a meal plan after I finished Shift Shop, my symptoms from PCOS got worse. Exhaustion, acne, random af hair growth (sooo fun 😂), you name it, it got worse. Lee and I ARENT at the point where we want kids yet, but I KNOW that some women with PCOS struggle with infertility. Liver health is important, especially for us women with PCOS. Cysters can develop a condition called NAFLD, which is basically a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, as a result of uncontrolled insulin levels, high androgen levels, and a high BMI. A liver that's unhealthy will not be able to detox properly. And if your liver can't filter out harmful substances, these can harm you in more than one way. When the liver doesn't know what to do with a harmful substance, it stores it as fat. The accumulation of fat in our liver will lead to liver diseases. It's unfortunate, I know. Most people know that you can damage your liver by drinking too much alcohol. But not everyone, and certainly not every cysters out there know that you can get to the same damaging results without touching an once of alcohol. The good news is that the situation isn't hopeless: there are many things you can do to protect your liver. Amongst them: -Abstain/Reduce your alcohol consumption -Stabilize your blood sugar levels so that your insulin also becomes stable; by eating good sources of proteins, fruits and vegetables, and cutting down on high fat and high carbs foods. -Cultivate liver health by introducing natural supplements into your regimen such as Milk Thistle, N-Acetylcysteine, Dandelion and Holy Basil (Always check with your MD first) -Detox yourself from negative emotions and negative people in your life. Again, liver health is important. You may have already been diagnosis with a liver condition. But you shouldn't lose hope. In fact, the liver is the only organism that can regenerate itself even if you lose 75% of it. Isn't God amazing for this? Our liver is so important to process nutrients, detox our whole organisms, balance our hormones, and support digestion that it has this miraculous ability to restore itself. So ladies, I hope you cater to your liver, because in return your liver will cater to you!

I LOVE TO EAT! Herbalife really taught me how I can have it all! In my 78lb weightloss journey, never did I feel hungry or feel like I was “dieting”! I eat 6x per day 🤯 and I’m in the best health and shape of my entire life! 🤩 (even more healthier than I was in high school as an athlete!) This was my breakfast, my convenient Formula 1 Express bar (equivalent to my shake) then ↔️ 3 hours later made a simple and filling snack of low sodium turkey roll ups with spinach, dipped into spicy mustard.
