Gli esercizi che si possono effettuare sono infiniti e inoltre in essendo un attrezzo maneggevole e leggero possiamo portarlo ovunque, anche in vacanza. . . In questo video ho scelto di allenare i muscoli delle braccia (bicipiti e tricipiti) ma il bello del pilates รจ che coinvolgo anche tutti i gruppi muscolari per mantenere controllo e fluiditร , il baricentro (core) รจ attivo e mantiene la stabilitร  della colonna, la respirazione รจ parte integrante dellโ€™esercizio e in piรน cโ€™รจ anche una fase di stretching. . . Insomma alleno tutti i gruppi muscolari sia in contrazione concentrica, eccentrica e isometrica.
