In New Zealand I learned a new verb: "google earth". It means rising above the jammed frequencies of stress and chaos and entering alpha frequency. I'll visit a favorite peak later in the week for the winter trail to google earth myself. Self-care can't be implemented enough in our current world. My clinical skills now involve facilitating nature connection so others can rise above and go within to find their true nature. There are no bad people, but many seem to have forgotten who they truly are. Blessings to you all this week. 💫🐾🐾

Visited the #Oregon coast for the first time. While at #CanonBeach it rained, hailed, was sunny, then cloudy, cold, windy and then rainy again. Other than that the drive and the beach were beautiful

I would definitely recommend visiting jones lake this winter before the ice melts

Snowing in Portland tonight. Luckily it’s not supposed to amount to very much. This is our second snow event this winter and considering that it felt like spring a week ago, hopefully the plants will weather it. #pnw #pnwonderland #portland #portlandsnow

Rain is pouring, winds are high and there are flash flood warnings. Knowing us means you know we can’t sit and chill for too long. This means Andrew and I had to go for a drive to see what we could find. We went to see if we could get to an old fishing village we found last time we were here 4 years ago, but right as as we were going to round the corner, the road was completely flooded, gushing with dirty water. So we turned around and crossed over a bridge that the river that was rushing 60+ mph easy. It was a little crazy to see this storm coming in to say the least. Adventure day one down 😬 . . . #adventuretogether #adventureawaits #adventure #adventuretime #pnwonderland #pnw #explore #explorehawaii #pnwlife #getoutside #optoutside

It’s starting to snow in downtown Portland.

This weekend has been crazy. But at least I found a way to post to Instagram without a phone.
