We are just beginning our journey to being less wasteful life and are passionate about protecting our planet. This is an example of how much plastic we have been using just for a post work out smoothie!
Here are a few simple and small changes that are easy to make when making a breakfast smoothie: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Ditch the plastic straw! We don’t even need it! Or we could purchase metal or bamboo alternatives. ⠀
• Buy products in bulk! And store the products in recycled glass containers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Start a compost bin! For food scraps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Make your own yogurt! Something we will be attempting. Or if not. Recycle the plastic containers and use them to store something else in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This will be a slow process for us as we are total beginners. But we are ready for change! If everyone made a few small changes daily it would make a massive difference to our environment!
