(Not in the pic😅) My favourite bamboo shoots prepared by my grandma only can eat once in a year ☹️ no one know how to prepare this dish except my grandma. Such a waste... really love this dish!! There’s also spinach with mushrooms and abalone. Braised pork with sea cucumber. Duck and Chicken. Noh Hiang (look like a sausage roll, beancurd skin filled with minced meat, water chestnut, carrot, prawn and seasoned wth five spice powder) Fried scallop and fritters.
