This is Khaleesi...if you've been following us for a little while, you might remember her from a few months back. Khaleesi came to us struggling with out-of-control energy, pretty awful lash manners, lots of anxiety, and a tendency to slip out of the door and go running through the neighborhood on a regular basis. It once took her owners 3 hours to catch her!
Khaleesi spent 3 weeks with us and got a great foundation on obedience, leash manners, and calm state-of-mind. She finished her board and train in a much better place.
This week, I received an awesome update from Khaleesi's owners. Not only do they have a calm, well-mannered dog in their home, but they are able to work her off-leash outside in their neighborhood...the one she used to tear through, leading her owners on a wild husky chase.
Khaleesi got a solid start here, but her owners have done the most important work! They have followed through on structure, implemented new protocols, and continued working Khaleesi and furthering her training. I'm so excited to hear how well everything is going, and so proud of Khaleesi's owners for putting in the work!
