Food prep: rice noodle, chicken with Carrot, peas and capsicum.
Amazing to smash a nice feed this morning at 0900, since being up at 4am this is my mid morning snack. It takes time to prepare and put stuff together, be much easier to re heat some left over schnitzel with pasta and smash, but making better choices as often as I can.
