When I finished Whole30, I lost almost 10 pounds! Within the past two years I gained a lot of weight partially due to hormones, but, mostly because of unhealthy eating habits and relationship with food. It was one of the most stressful times and gaining weight just added to it.
Losing that amount of weight is awesome! But, I am happiest now that I can wear my wedding rings and promise ring every day. It's been almost a whole year since I was able to comfortably fit into them.
