been feeling the effects of a less than stellar diet lately. jake and i both committed to eating more vegetables, less fried food, and consuming more probiotics because we both know our bodies are designed to feel so much better than they have been. i’m also adding a detox tea i picked up from @teamiblends - day two of implementing their detox tea, a blend of yerba (yay caffeine) ginger root, rhubarb and oolong. easy to drink and tastes like heaven with a teaspoon of honey. i’ll update you guys in the next few weeks on my progress and the benefits, if any, i reap from this tea ♥️ #ad#sponsored
Sunset at Bahia Honda. We’re staying at a state park just outside of Key West. We got our cocktails and watched the sunset at the beach. Cuban music was floating on the wind. The weather was warm. I’m never leaving!!

What are your favorite tips and tricks for nutrition once you go tiny?

We went through shelves the other day to weed out what could be offloaded before we hit the road again... it was sheer torture for her... “but Mom, what if I want to read it again?” “Baby, we’re not getting rid of it, just putting it in storage” “oh, are you sure?” “Yes, and then you will have room for more books!” ❤️❤️❤️❤️ mammas little book worm
