The photo on the left I was 24 and had already been married and divorced with a 3 year old on my hip. I masked the pain of my extremely toxic relationship and was stressed to the max being a single parent. I drank too much alcohol too often-actually the night before this photo I had tied one on. I had never been more unhealthy physically or mentally in my life. ••
Photo on the right I am 27 years old about to be married to the man of my dreams. A man more amazing than I ever dreamed of. A man who has encouraged me and inspired me to be the healthiest version of myself. I’m trying to become the woman I always looked up to. I had enough of feeling awful and uncomfortable in large baggy clothes and took a leap of faith and finally started taking care of myself ♥️

Good morning!! ☀️ We are on Princess Half countdown over here.. t-4 days!! Got in a 40 min run with 10 sec sprints in between so that was pretty fun. Focused on stretching and foam rolling for a good 20 min after. Videoed part of it and my form isn’t great so definitely something to work on post race! Have a great hump day!
Not even going to lie. I didn’t have my alarm set, but a friend told me he would call in the morning if I wasn’t at the gym & he did. Having an accountability partner is HUGE in your journey & I’m so thankful for people coming alongside me to do just that. Forever missing my fav workout partner @sarahdebrow4 😒 you can move back to Houston now, thanks.

Flashback 6 weeks ago: I was over 150 lbs, feeding myself whatever I wanted, running a lot but not lifting any weights. I’m a lover of chocolate and ice cream and kept thinking, “well I work out a lot, so I can eat this” •
Here I am today understanding what I need to put into my body to allow it to thrive. I bought my first tub of Tone It Up protein this series and actually wondered how I NEVER made the leap to buy it earlier (seriously, it’s delicious). I make every ahead of time & find myself CRAVING healthy snacks. Tone it up taught me how to eat correctly, gave me a community that inspires me daily & workouts that completely kick me into shape ( #tiubootycall this series was UNREAL. Love #studiotoneitup 💪🏼). The #tiunutritionplan REALLY IS THE SECRET!! I read it hundreds of times but it’s true it’s true it’s true! 💓 I make TIU approved donuts weekly along with Apple oat muffins. My #tiuboyfriend has gotten used to my quinoa, broccoli, and shrimp bowls (& TIU tray bakes, let’s face it 😂). The plan has changed my life. I so recommend it to anyone that is wondering “will it work?” Because it will ✨
Is it hard? Yes. Did I slip up a few times? Yes. Is it worth it? 10000% •
This #tiuteam and #tiucommunity builds me up and encourages me when I don’t want to go for a run or want to reach for some pizza 🍕 you all inspired me to join the #tiuloveyourbody challenge and for that I am SO grateful ✨
Overall, I lost 6 lbs and 5+ inches BUT more importantly gained a new nutrition lifestyle and lots of confidence! I have noticed a huge change inside and out, and my family is noticing that I look trimmer too 🤗 so much love for everyone in this challenge, always remember to #loveyourbody 💕
