I love thin mint girl scout cookies, so I added some mint to my vegan chocolate breakfast shake. plant-based, complete protein source (all 9 essential amino acids), and super quick and convenient to make. 🌱
Breakfast burrito step aside. Here is my breakfast lasagne! Layers of Linda Mccartney sausages, vegan egg, mushrooms with spinach, tomatoes, baked beans, hash browns, cheese sauce and topped with some tofu bacon ❤️❤️this is everything I’ve ever wanted from life 😄😄😄
Today I want to share my recipe for my favorite granola with you! 😋
It’s delicious to have with (plant based) milk or on top of some nice cream, like I had it in the picture.
Either way, it’s super good! 🌱
2 cups oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup grounded hazelnuts
1/3 cup chia seeds
Put them into a bowl and mix them up.
Now, add 1/2 - 1 cup of coconut oil, 1-2 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. agave syrup to a pan and heat it up until the oil melted.
Then, put all the dry ingredients on a baking tray and pour your oil on top.
Mix it up until everything is coated in coconut oil.
Bake it at 180 C for 30 minutes. Make sure to stir it up every 10 minutes so it doesn’t burn on top.
Did you have your green smoothie today?
A lot of people I know say they don’t like eating spinach or kale, but the easiest way to consume these without the taste or texture you may not like so much is in a smoothie! After I’ve mixed mine up with ginger, a little sunflower butter, or blueberries, I can’t taste the spinach or kale anymore!
The most important part to keep in mind when you make these is to add “boosts”, or ingredients that boost your health. Ginger, turmeric, chia seeds, hemp power, are just a few of my favorites.
