INA House- Indigenous Asia is a nonprofit initiative of the Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP), it was established with the intention of increasing the appreciation of the cultural diversity of indigenous communities across Asia through a unique experience of different products and services, while also raising awareness of the importance of preserving indigenous cultures, traditions and way of life. "INA” means mother in indigenous languages in the Cordillera, Philippines and also Malaysia, among others.
This place is not vegetarian or vegan but some of the items are marked vegetarian. We told them we were vegan and also requested for no fish sauce, no milk and no eggs in our food. According to the menu, the food is prepared with raw and natural ingredients, with no artificial flavours.
I really enjoyed how nice and peaceful it was at INA House. Food tasted great and felt like it was homemade with love.

Cold and flu season has hit Vancouver real hard this winter, and luckily, I made it out with only a few days of feeling under the weather.
I’ve been juggling with the idea of switching to more natural medicines and cold remedies lately, and this natural elderberry crystal medication by @florahealthy did the trick when I needed that extra kick in my immune system this month.
I just swirled it into my morning oatmeal and that was that!
There’s so many reasons to switch to natural meds and history has shown time and time again that that’s all we really need.
I always have to stop and ask myself what I really want to heal my body with, and this winter, it’s superfoods.
Have you jumped on board the natural medication train yet?
Yup I’m impressed! 🤗 The Muay Thai Curry from @wickedhealthy is really tasty! Lots of flavour and a good portion size! If I was to advise one thing it would be to put a tablespoon of water on the rice before microwaving just to keep it more moist but apart from that I think it’s probably my second fav I’ve tried compared to the BBQ BNS Mac. Would definitely have it again! I also added some @lovingfoodsltd kimchi and a couple of veggie spring rolls from M&S which are from there Christmas stock which are currently reduced- freezer section! 😋💚🌱 #veganuary#veganuary2018
