As they say it, life is too short. 2018 I set THIS goal for myself &&& for the first time ever I am pretty much sticking to it. I am taking time for me.
I am working out & sticking with a plan: currently on day 36/80!🏋🏼♀️💪🏻Nutrition is much better than it has been in a long time. I am listening to more books and podcasts📚 When the weather becomes better I want to hike 100 miles by the end of the year🌲 I am not worrying about the little things & I am letting myself feel again. I shut off my feelings after a bunch of things happened and it clearly just caught up because that is not who I am.
2018: not even 2 months in yet and you have brought me, anger & sadness, truth & shown me those who are true and real. And more recently you have brought me joy, happiness, all the feels & ALWAYS laughter. I’m excited to see what the rest of the year holds.
Thursday vibes 💫 been feeling a little under the weather but nothing some of my superfoods and good hot tea and honey can’t fix. Still got in a quick 22 minute workout though, thanks to my streamable workouts that I can do anytime, anywhere #forthewin 🙌🏼 it’s been a long week, and an even longer month.. keeping my head up even when I feel like falling 💕
