Starting my day off with overnight oats and berries ☀️ a little bit of Greek 0% fat yogurt with porridge oats (4SP), berries and also a WW yogurt (2SP) 😬✌🏼 I’ve lost momentum at the moment, but I’ve managed to maintain my weight for the last fortnight 🙏🏼

Complete loss of appetite this morning but I plan on having this with a nice herbal tea 🍵 later on ☺️
